› Special considerations/limitations are factored in i.e. injuries, surgeries, issues
› We will consistently vary your workout to progress you in a safe and effective manner
› Getting to the gym on a regular basis can be difficult…having an appointment 2 or 3 times per week MAKES you Accountable
› Our Trainers/Coaches call you, email you and give you off-day workouts
› Track nutrition intake and report back to your Trainer/Coach
